The Job

Good Works is seeking a Print Production Specialist to work closely with our charity clients to ensure timely and superior delivery of turn-key consulting solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Input into the development of annual client creative plans, print components and creative possibilities, and obtain cost estimates for each project
  • Manage the design and artwork process, including quality control of artwork versions, to bring the creative vision to life
  • Ensure the accuracy and optimization of data by preparing data requests and facilitating data processing
  • Go-to expert on print production coordination and logistics (artwork concepts, lettershop, print production, laser lives and mailing) and vendor management
  • Input into project management and project timelines for the account team
  • Provide final invoice summary and manage costing for each project
  • Maintain client file folders and samples
  • Understand client branding guidelines, data requirements, and production needs
  • Ensure a positive and valuable experience for all clients and with all projects
  • Build client loyalty and a high renewal rate in concert along with the account team and the Director Client Experience

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Print production/print management experience of 2+ years
  • Highly adaptable, flexible and able to prioritize as part of a small but nimble team
  • Able to successfully juggle multiple, competing deadlines in a fast‐paced, changing environment
  • Proactive (confident in asking questions, generating ideas, and being a self-starter) on projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with a wide range of people
  • Good consulting, people management and diplomacy skills

Location: Candidate to be based out of our Ottawa office, which operates with a hybrid model
